1. Account and activation

Registration allows brand configuration, content preparation and document upload. AI and publishing require activation, an agreed scope and provider permissions. The initial account creates no payment obligation. No automatic charging or payment gateway is enabled. Services are contracted with INTERAKTIVA 1976 S.L. through express acceptance of a quote and terms.

2. Prices and usage

Proposed pricing: Essential €29/month, 2 channels, 3 weekly posts and 30 monthly AI text generations; Growth €69/month, 4 channels, 7 weekly posts and 100 generations; Scale €149/month, 7 channels, 21 weekly posts and 300 generations. Prices exclude VAT. Each destination counts as a post and a blog counts as a channel. Allowances do not roll over. The administrator sets the contracted allowances. Specific setup, additional usage, AI images or video and third-party API costs are agreed separately. Overage is not charged automatically.

3. Automation and editorial responsibility

Review is the initial mode. Autopilot requires explicit customer activation and is subject to quotas, supported channels and a global pause. Customers must check accuracy, rights, attribution and suitability of content, including AI output. Commercial results, reach and error-free output are not guaranteed. Social publishing depends on provider availability, permissions and terms. Uncertain results stop processing to prevent duplicates.

4. Sources, ownership and prohibited uses

Only public or authorised material may be imported, respecting access conditions and licences. Competitor research does not authorise copying text, images or brands. News must be attributed and linked to its origin when using third-party facts. Spam, impersonation, unlawful content and rights infringements are prohibited. Private third-party accounts are not accessed without authorisation.

5. Cancellation, support and statutory rights

For plan changes, cancellation, export or erasure, write to info@interaktiva.es. Renewal, payment, cancellation and, where applicable, withdrawal terms are specified before contracting, respecting mandatory consumer law. No SLA is provided unless agreed in writing. No clause limits mandatory rights or legally enforceable liabilities.
