01 · Starting information
Casa Oliva is a fictional homeware store with a physical shop and a website. It supplies a ceramic mug page, owned photographs, materials, colours, care instructions and goals. This is an illustration, not an executed customer campaign.
02 · Brand knowledge
Enter website, industry, audience, language and tone. Add a logo and import public pages. Initial exploration covers up to eight pages; add individual URLs and documents for missing information. PDF analysis is requested separately. Review the imported facts.
03 · Editorial angle
Choose everyday use, materials and care as themes. Request a draft from brand knowledge and check it against the original page. Unknown prices, inventory or certifications are not facts. Select library images separately; text autopilot does not choose them.
04 · Channel versions
Facebook introduces the product with a photo and link. Instagram focuses on its visual use. LinkedIn discusses materials, X condenses one idea and WordPress develops a guide. TikTok and YouTube require supplied videos and individual consent.
05 · Connection and review
The owner authorises accounts with each provider and selects destinations. Review copy, photographs, links and permissions. Drafts await approval. Social profiles are created with their providers, not automatically by Socimetric.
06 · An example week
Monday: Facebook introduction. Wednesday: Instagram photo. Friday: WordPress guide. Three posts on three channels need a plan allowing at least three channels, such as proposed Growth. Cross-posting counts once per channel. Reading this example does not schedule anything.
07 · Continue the cycle
The queue records approvals and results. Reconnect expired permissions and check uncertain results before retrying. Pause automation when needed and update sources before the next batch.
