Context must include what cannot be said
Beyond voice, define restrictions: prices that must not be announced, discontinued products, prohibited promises or information needing validation. A general business description does not communicate all these limits.
An imported source is a snapshot
A website may change after import. Check promotions, dates, availability and conditions before publishing commercial information. Connecting a source does not create continuous business synchronisation.
Check text and images separately
Accurate copy may accompany an image of the wrong product. Review visual context, third-party marks, rights and changes to specifications. Label synthetic content where required by the channel.
Network authorisation is a prerequisite
An account password is not an API permission. Applications, scopes, account types and provider reviews determine publishing capabilities. Validate each connection with its owner before depending on it.
Prepare an incident procedure
An interrupted request may have reached the network even without a response. Check the channel before repeating it. A pause, an activity record and explicit resolution are safer than blind retries.
