Identify verifiable information
Keep an original link for each product and check name, category, specifications, variants and conditions. Separate stable facts from rapidly changing prices and stock. Do not fill missing specifications with assumptions.
Find buying and usage questions
Consider what customers need before and after purchase: compatibility, dimensions, maintenance, alternatives and daily use. Base answers on real documentation, especially where safety or technical instructions are involved.
Develop multiple useful ideas
A specification can support an explanation, a common question and a supporting article. Rewording a product page does not add value on its own; every piece should help readers understand something specific.
Keep visuals faithful
Use images that accurately represent the product and variants. Generated images can be conceptual resources, but must not present nonexistent finishes, accessories or features as real.
Check campaigns before scheduling
Review links, dates, prices, availability and conditions. Without a real-time inventory integration, require human review for messages depending on those facts. Assign responsibility for updating information when the store changes.
